Policy Information

Telephone, Mail or Internet Orders

1. In stock items: allow 2 weeks approximately, for delivery. (Add about one more week if sizing, engraving or other small alterations are needed.)
2. Out of stock items: allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. We keep our prices affordable by keeping our inventory low.
3. Items $350 or less, check or money order accepted.
4. Items greater than $350, bank cashier's check or certified bank check only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
5. Regular shipping and handling is $10.
6. Special shipping and handling: extra weight, priority, etc. is additional.

Returns or Exchanges

1. 7 day return allowed on non-defective merchandise ( from receipt of item.)
2. 15% restocking free on all returned items, shipping charges are not refundable.
3. Returns on defective merchandise: up to 30 days allowed ( from receipt of item.) Call to get authorization.
4. Specially ordered merchandise: family jewelry, mother's rings, zodiac charms or any item altered in any way is not refundable.
5. Orders of out of stock items are not refundable. These items are exchangeable only.
6. On any return, please enclose a note detailing the reason for the return.
