Telephone, Mail or Internet Orders
- In stock items: allow 2 weeks approximately, for delivery. (Add about one more week if sizing, engraving or other small alterations are needed.)
- Out of stock items: allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. We keep our prices affordable by keeping our inventory low.
- Items $350 or less, check or money order accepted.
- Items greater than $350, bank cashier's check or certified bank check only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
- Regular shipping and handling is $10.
- Special shipping and handling: extra weight, priority, etc. is additional.
Returns or Exchanges
- 7 day return allowed on non-defective merchandise ( from receipt of item.)
- 15% restocking free on all returned items, shipping charges are not refundable.
- Returns on defective merchandise: up to 30 days allowed ( from receipt of item.) Call to get authorization.
- Specially ordered merchandise: family jewelry, mother's rings, zodiac charms or any item altered in any way is not refundable.
- Orders of out of stock items are not refundable. These items are exchangeable only.
- On any return, please enclose a note detailing the reason for the return.
